What a year. Bittersweet due to the circumstances worldwide but wholesome nevertheless. We were thankfully able to celebrate our first year running successfully. The great Jacobo Morales blessed us with his presence for our opening night. He is a true inspiration to us.
Right after the special presentation of Marcelo, the audience participated in a Q&A panel we had with the team that worked on the film. Eduardo “Transfor” Ortíz (director), Carlos Vega (actor), Named Calzada (actress) and Angel Gabriel Nieves (editor).
A very touching moment with festival director Joelle Gonzalez-Laguer, Carlos Vega and Naymed Calzada. They were handed a poster made by Antonio Martorell and our Caballo de Paso Fino recognition.
